We are committed to customer satisfaction in our store, so we provide a flexible return and exchange policy under the following conditions: First: Return Conditions • You can return the product within 3 days from the date of receipt. • The fabric must be in its original condition, unused, unwashed, and not sewn or cut. • A purchase invoice or proof of payment must be attached. • Products sold as part of special offers or final clearance cannot be returned. • The customer bears the shipping cost if there is no error from the store. 35 Riyals Second: Exchange Conditions • Exchanges are available within 7 days from the date of receipt. • The same conditions as the return apply (original condition, no cutting or use). • If the error is from the store (sending a different type of fabric or color), we bear the full shipping costs. • When exchanging at the customer's request, the customer bears the price difference if any, in addition to the shipping fees. 35 Riyals Third: Products Not Eligible for Return or Exchange • Fabrics that have been cut according to the customer's request. • Fabrics that have been used or have changed in condition.
